4. Payment and Subscription

SMM Panel Business offers a 14-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription at $19/month. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

5. Service Providers

While we provide access to a curated list of service providers, we do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or legality of third-party services. Users are responsible for evaluating and selecting service providers. SMM Panel Business is not liable for issues arising from third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SMM Panel Business, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SMM Panel Business is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
